Dr Edward O’Gorman Chiropractor HinckleyI grew up in Bromsgrove and went to school in Birmingham. I first became aware of the positive effects of chiropractic having injured my back at the age of 19. I know firsthand how debilitating back pain and sciatic pain can be. The improvements made with treatment set me on a course to become a chiropractor.

I trained at the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in Bournemouth where I received their Academic Scholarship and the award for community outreach work. I am registered with the General Chiropractic Council and I am a member of the Scottish Chiropractic Association. In my free time, I stay active with running and cycling. Chiropractic is very much a patient-centered healthcare profession. For me, this means working out exactly why pain has occurred, what of structures are involved, how posture, work, and lifestyle may influence or exacerbate the problem. Building a complete picture allows the problem to be treated as effectively as possible and can minimise the chance of reoccurrence. It’s a very individual tailored approach and it has great results.

John O’Neill

As a chiropractor I have the privilege of working alongside people to achieve their individual goals. Whether that be to manage the pain they are experiencing, move more as part of a healthy lifestyle, support the demands of their occupation or in the pursuit of a sporting challenge or competition.

I do this by undertaking ongoing professional training to keep abreast of the latest developments; building on my training at the prestigious Anglo-European College of Chiropractic (now the AECC School of Chiropractic within the Health Sciences University), where I graduated from the Masters degree with Distinction.

Since then I have worked around the country learning from some of the best in their field and helping thousands of people. Being born and raised in Hinckley and Burbage I’m excited to be back home helping the local community. I have a lifelong passion for sport having represented the local schools and clubs in rugby, football, swimming and tennis. For the last 25 years I have raced triathlons of all distances, representing the GB Age Group team and with some podium spots along the way including winning the “Worlds Toughest Half Ironman” and a bronze medal at the European Championships.

I am fascinated with human health and performance and look forward to working with you to achieve your specific goals.
